Getting Started

Click Sign Up on the landing page, fill in your name, email, mobile number, and set a strong password. You will receive a confirmation, after which you can log in and start investing. You may also enter a referral code during registration if you were referred by an existing member.

Yes. The minimum deposit depends on the investment plan you wish to activate. Our starter plans begin at ₹500. Check the Plans section on the landing page for current minimums per plan tier.

We currently accept deposits via UPI (including Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), IMPS/NEFT bank transfer, and select crypto wallets. Payment details are provided at the time of submitting a deposit request in your dashboard.

Investments & Returns

Daily ROI is credited to your ROI Wallet every business day your plan is active. ROI is typically processed between 9 AM and 12 PM IST. You can view your ROI history in the Dashboard → ROI History section.

No. Once an investment plan is activated, it runs for its full stated duration and cannot be cancelled or modified. This ensures the integrity of returns for all investors. Please review plan details carefully before activation.

Yes. You may activate multiple investment plans at the same time as long as you have sufficient balance in your main wallet. Each plan runs independently and earns its own daily ROI.

When a plan reaches its end date, the original principal is automatically returned to your Main Wallet and the plan status changes to Completed. You can then reinvest or withdraw the funds.

Withdrawals

Navigate to Dashboard → Withdraw, select the wallet you wish to withdraw from (Main, ROI, or Referral), enter the amount, and confirm your bank/UPI details. Withdrawal requests are manually reviewed and typically processed within 1–3 business days.

Yes. The minimum withdrawal is ₹200 for the ROI and Referral wallets, and ₹500 for the Main Wallet. These limits help manage processing costs and keep the platform efficient for all users.

If your withdrawal has been pending for more than 3 business days, please contact support via email at support@aerowealth.com or WhatsApp with your Withdrawal ID. Our team will investigate and update you within 24 hours.

Referrals

Share your unique referral link from the Dashboard → Referrals section. When someone registers using your link and makes their first investment, you earn a commission credited to your Referral Wallet. The platform supports multi-level commissions — you also earn smaller commissions when your direct referrals refer others.

AeroWealth currently supports 5 levels of referral commissions. Level 1 (your direct referrals) earns the highest commission rate, with progressively smaller percentages for deeper levels. Commission rates are shown in your dashboard.

Account & Security

On the Login page, click "Forgot Password?" and enter your registered email address. You will receive a password reset link. If you don't receive it within 10 minutes, check your spam folder or contact support.

You can update your payment details in Dashboard → Profile → Payment Details. For security, changes to bank account information may require re-verification before becoming active.

Immediately change your password and contact our security team at security@aerowealth.com. We will place a temporary hold on your account and withdrawals during investigation to protect your funds.
